Acceptance

By downloading or using taktLife, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app

taktLife is a personal learning tool. You are responsible for the content you create, import, or study with the app. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes.

taktLife Pro

taktLife Pro is a subscription billed through Apple via the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in iOS Settings → Subscriptions.

Payment, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We do not process payments directly.

Apple EULA

Your use of taktLife is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement: Apple Standard EULA.

Disclaimer

taktLife is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the app.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of taktLife after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
